This Privacy Policy is applicable to this Website and any mobile, web, console, desktop and other applications, and other products and services offered by VeameeApp and/or VeameeApp's partners (collectively, the "Services") and describes what information we collect, how we may use that information and the choices we offer for you to manage the information we collect related to your use of our Services. Collection of Personal and Non-Personal Information

VeameeApp collects data that can be used to identify or contact a single person ("Personal Information"), including full name, birth date, mailing address, phone number, email address, billing address and payment information. We may combine Personal Information with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. You may visit and enjoy many elements of our Services without disclosing any Personal Information about yourself. However, to make use of select, special or enhanced elements of the Services, you will need to share with us certain personal information so those elements may function properly.

VeameeApp also collects data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual ("Non-Personal Information"), such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, location, customer activities, search queries, and the time zone where an VeameeApp product or service is used. Unless combined with Personal Information, this information does not personally identify you.

In addition, we may aggregate Personal Information in a manner such that the end product does not identify you or any other site user. Such aggregated demographic information is considered Non-Personal Information for purposes of this Privacy Policy.

Use of Personal and Non-Personal Information

VeameeApp may use Personal Information to help create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve its products, services, content and advertising, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes. VeameeApp may also use Personal Information, including date of birth, to verify identity, assist with identification of users, to determine appropriate services, and to communicate with users. If you don't want to be on our mailing list, you may opt out at any time. From time to time, we may use your Personal Information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with VeameeApp, you may not opt out of receiving these communications. Because Non-Personal Information does not personally identify you we may use such information for any purpose, at our sole discretion, unless noted otherwise in this Privacy Policy. If we combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information the combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined. Further, VeameeApp may aggregate Personal and Non-Personal Information for purposes including to ensure quality of services, improve products, services and advertising, and to understand user behavior. Aggregated data will: (i) not be identifiable to any person or entity, (ii) not contain any of user's confidential information or intellectual property, and (iii) may be combined with similar data of VeameeApp's other users. Where specific requirements are mandated by law for de-identifying data, VeameeApp will ensure the data is properly de-identified in conformance with all applicable legal requirements.

Cookies and Other Technologies

We use and permit automatic methods such as cookies (small amounts of data which include a unique string of characters sent to your browser or application from a website's computers and stored on your computer's or device's hard drive), web beacons (technology used to track activity, also known as pixel tags) or similar technologies, alone or in combination with personally identifiable information you choose to provide us. Location-Based Services

To provide location-based services on VeameeApp Services, VeameeApp and our partners may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP Address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices' approximate location. Unless you provide consent, this location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by VeameeApp and our partners to provide and improve location-based products and services. If you initially permit the collection of this information, you may later disable it by changing the location settings on your computer or device. However, this may limit your ability to use certain features of VeameeApp Services.

Social Networking Features

When using our Services or when using certain third party social networking services (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google +) (each and collectively, a "Social Network"), you may have the option to connect our Services information and activity with your Social Network information and activity. If you authorize such a connection, you permit us to share or publish information about your activity on our Services, with that Social Network and its users, and to access certain of your Social Network information, as disclosed by you at the time you consent to the connection. Information we may share with a Social Network may include, but is not limited to technical information about your Services activity, your Services comments or the videos you watch on our Services. Information we may access about you, with your consent, from a Social Network may include, but is not limited to, your basic Social Network information, your location data, your list of contacts, friends or followers, and certain of your activities on the Social Network. VeameeApp shares Personal Information with strategic partners that work with VeameeApp to provide products and services such as information processing, payment processing, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information.

We may be required to share your Personal and Non-Personal Information pursuant to judicial or governmental subpoenas, warrants or orders. If we are required to do so, we will, of course, obey the law. Note Regarding the Use of the Site by Children

We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using the VeameeApp Services.
